Wrath of the Roothless
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Wrath of the Roothless is a single player game about fighting monsters and making them pay for ruining your home!
Play as Jacob the Hobo, the first character of WotR and avenge your smashed home. The Evil Monster Horde went one step too far when they created their new castle and put their walls on top of your house.
In WotR there is no ranged combat, everything is close range melee to increase the risks of battle.
Future updates will include more story, and content.

Thanks for downloading Wrath of the Roothless
The game is inside of a zip file, unzip it somewhere and grab the right file, either .exe for windows, or .x86_64 for linux.
The first time a tutorial will be played once you have progressed past the story. Afterwards you'll always arrive at the hub world, through the hub world either the tutorial or a regular play-run can be started.
After you enter the Ruins, you can navigate to the bottom right to reach the 2 main teleporters, these can teleport you to the tutorial, or a regular play.
On the top right of the teleports you'll find the Old Pantheon Remains, here the many different god favors can be turned on or off, and a modified run can be started.
Use either the WASD keys on your keyboard, or the left stick on an XInput (xbox) controller. Prompts will be provided where necessary.
From 1.4.0 onwards the Gods Favors have been added. These can influence the gameplay in different ways and affect the final scoring for the player.
